Do you get your money back on returns or do you only get store credit?
1. If you wish to return an item for a full refund, you must have a tag and the receipt. However, if you misplaced your receipt you may return the item with the tag and you will recieve store credit for the price of the item as it stands in stores on the day of the return.
Do the jeans run small?
1. In comparison to stores such as Express, Urban Outfitters, and Nordstrom, our jeans are fit to size. They do not run small or big.
Can you return something you bought at Aerie to American Eagle?
1. You can return Aerie or American Eagle at either of the stores. You may also return online orders at either of the stores.
Do you charge a shipping and handling fee on online items ordered through a staff member in stores?
1. If you can not find your size while shopping in an Aerie or American Eagle retail store, you may order the item online (pending availability), for no extra shipping and handling charge.
How can I unsubscribe from AEO emails?
1. You can unsubscribe by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE button that is located at the bottom of every email.
