It was a pleasure meeting you at the Aerie REAL Tour at the Lawn on D in Boston and I’m really looking forward to linking up for the next one. I hope you enjoyed meeting the the girls behind the #AerieREAL project, and participating in the group fitness classes as much as I did. Your passion for writing about wellness, fashion, beauty and entertainment really shows in your articles written on ELLE, and the articles you previously wrote on StyleBistro.com. It is evident that through your many articles about the #AerieREAL campaign that body positivity is an important component for the future of the fashion and modeling industry. As a follow-up to your previous article about Aerie’s recruitment of real women for its’ #AerieREAL campaign, I thought you would be interested in covering their CEO, Vincente Anido Jr, as he accepts the first NEDA Inspires “Seal of Approval” award in Pittsburgh on Nov. 5.

As Aerie celebrated their one-year anniversary of their #AerieREAL campaign, they were nominated for this award for their commitment to unretouched, natural beauty in their advertising. Relying on the natural beauty of their models, Aerie has opened a door to self-love and is the most deserving of this amazing award. I hope your excitement for what Aerie has created continues to grow, and I hope to see you at the event.
